Supporter Pack

The Supporter Pack is a small bundle of extras for those who want to support the development of The Night Shift.

It includes a special in-game experience called The Reporter, which can be played before or after the main game.

Four exclusive mannequin skins, four fun mannequin hats and access to a supporter-only locker filled with helpful items, is available in both the main game and The Reporter, offering a few unique touches without affecting the core gameplay.

The Reporter

exclusive new level

the horror continues

You're a reporter chasing a string of missing persons reports, with no leads you thought the trail was cold. But out of the blue, an anonymous source reaches out and claims they escaped the Maxa department store.

According to them, the evidence is inside the store and can prove Maxa are at the centre of the increasing number of missing persons. â€‹Determined to uncover the truth, you drop everything and head off to the store.

With only your wits and trusty camera, will you get the scoop? or become the next to vanish...

What skins and apparel?

Supporter pack owners get access to four unique mannequin skins and four fun, slightly out-of-place hats. The skins make them more unsettling, and the hats make them weirdly memorable. It won’t make them any friendlier, but seeing one in a cowboy hat might be the last laugh you get.

exclusive locker

full of goodies

What is it?

A special locker reserved for pack owners.

Inside, you'll find a few scribbled notes left by someone who's clearly been through a lot, along with a handful of helpful supplies to keep you going when things get tough. Whether it's light, relief or just a small edge, this stash might be what gets you through the next stretch.

F.A.Q

How much is the Supporter Pack?

The supporter pack costs US$5.

What is included in the Supporter Pack?

The Supporter Pack includes access to a brand new level, The Reporter, developed specifically for this pack. It also lets you customize the mannequins with exclusive skins and hats during your shifts. On top of that, you'll have access to a special supporter locker each shift, stocked with a few helpful extras.

Does the Supporter Pack affect gameplay?
The new level, The Reporter, does introduce a couple of new mechanics to keep things fresh.

Mannequin skins and hats are purely cosmetic, so they won’t change how the game plays and the items found in the supporter locker are helpful but entirely optional.

Do I need to start a new game to access the content?
No, all content from the Supporter Pack can be accessed when loading your existing save files.

Where do I find the new items or cosmetics after purchase?
The new level, The Reporter, is available straight from the main menu.

You can change mannequin skins and hats from the Bonus tab in the options menu.

The supporter locker will appear near your office or close to other lockers during your shifts.

I purchased The Night Shift in Early Access, do I need to pay for this?

Nope! As my thank you for your support during the early access period, those who purchased The Night Shift before 8th August 2025 will be granted this pack for free.

I got The Night Shift for free during Early Access, does that mean I get it for free?

Unfortunately not. Those who added The Night Shift to their Steam account before 15th March 2024, will not be granted this pack for free.

Why is this not included in the base game?

There are a few reasons. The main one is that I wanted to offer something extra for those who supported the game during Early Access. Also, as The Night Shift grew beyond what I originally planned, I’ve decided to stick to my promise of not increasing the base game’s price. Instead, this supporter pack is a small, optional way to help support development while getting a few bonus additions in return.

Will there be more DLCs or supporter packs in the future?
That’s undecided for now. It depends on how the game is received after launch and what the community is interested in.

Thanks for your support
